Based in Los Angeles, I am personally and professionally committed to understanding the dynamics of modern family life as a married mother of three and the founder of a developmental swimming school. My expertise includes working with neurodivergence, co-occurring conditions, and complex family dynamics, as well as helping individuals navigate anxious and avoidant attachment styles to foster healthier relationships.
