Biography

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I specialize in supporting children, adolescents, and families with a neurodiversity-affirming approach. Based in Los Angeles, I am personally and professionally committed to understanding the dynamics of modern family life as a married mother of three and the founder of a developmental swimming school. My expertise includes working with neurodivergence, co-occurring conditions, and complex family dynamics, as well as helping individuals navigate anxious and avoidant attachment styles to foster healthier relationships.

My therapeutic framework is grounded in attachment theory and family systems, with a focus on psychodynamic and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) modalities. I am also a dedicated Adjunct Professor, teaching graduate-level psychodynamic courses and mentoring doctoral students. This combination of clinical practice and academic leadership allows me to advocate for a strengths-based, individualized approach, ensuring the health, happiness, and safety of every family member.
