Biography

Dr. Aimee Piller is an adjunct professor of occupational therapy at SCUHS OTD-Phoenix Metro program. She is an occupational therapist with nearly 20 years of experience in pediatrics, including school-based, outpatient, and home health settings. 

She has advanced certifications in Ayres Sensory Integration® and expertise in feeding therapy. Dr. Piller holds a PhD in occupational therapy from Texas Woman’s University, where her dissertation focused on the impact of the sensory environment on participation of students in the preschool setting. She holds a Master of Occupational Therapy from Temple University and a Bachelor's of Arts in Elementary Education from York University.  She also has more than 15 years of experience in administration as the owner of Piller Child Development, LLC, a multi-disciplinary outpatient pediatric therapy clinic in the greater Phoenix area. 

Favorite pastimes of Dr. Piller include traveling, music, and working out.
