Sidney Ortega earned her DPT degree from Mount Saint Mary’s University in 2023. After graduation, she completed the Kaiser Permanente Orthopedic Residency Program from 2024-2025 and became a board certified orthopedic clinical specialist in 2025. After residency, she completed the Kaiser Permanente Spine Rehabilitation Fellowship from 2025-2026. She has continued working at Kaiser Permanente in the physical therapy and spine center departments since completing the fellowship. She plans to give back to the program that has had a significant impact on her professional career and begin mentoring in the residency and fellowship programs within the next few years.
