Dr. Sally Waffik-Matter is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with over 25 years of experience in clinical practice and physical therapy education. She earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Physical Therapy with honors from Cairo University, ranking among the top graduates of her class. She later earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) with honors from the Evidence In Motion Institute of Health Professions and completed a Therapeutic Pain Specialty with honors from the International Spine and Pain Institute.

Dr. Sally Waffik-Matter has held faculty appointments at Cairo University and American Career College, where she taught in the Physical Therapy and Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) programs. She also founded the Physical Therapy Department at Memorial Harpal Hospital, overseeing inpatient and outpatient services. Her professional interests include pain management, cardiopulmonary and geriatric rehabilitation, and evidence-based physical therapy education.
