Christopher Poquiz initially found his enjoyment in teaching during physical therapy school at Mount St. Mary’s University, serving as an undergraduate anatomy lab instructor. After he graduated PT school in 2017, he continued his education in an orthopedic residency and became a board-certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist in 2019. He found his way back to teaching as an adjunct faculty beginning in 2021, as well as an orthopedic residency mentor at Cedars-Sinai.

He joins Southern California University of Health Science in the Movement Science, Musculoskeletal Practice, and Therapeutic Interventions curriculum.
