Biography

Dr. Benjamin Dorow hails from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. His academic career began at Marquette University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science (BS) in Exercise Physiology with a minor in Psychology in 2016. He continued at Marquette, earning his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree in 2018.

Following graduation, Dr. Dorow completed his Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency through UW Hospitals and Clinics and UnityPoint Health-Meriter in Madison, Wisconsin (2018–2019), while working at Health in Motion Physical Therapy of Wisconsin. During this time, he also served as a Teacher’s Assistant and Clinical Preceptor at the UW Madison School of Medicine and Public Health.

In 2020, he was designated a Board-Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and obtained the Therapeutic Pain Specialist (TPS) Certification.

Dr. Dorow later relocated to California, joining Kaiser Permanente as a Physical Therapist in February 2022. Concurrently, he completed a Persistent Pain Rehabilitation Fellowship at Kaiser Permanente of Southern California – West Los Angeles Medical Center (2022–2023). Building on this expertise, he earned a Professional Certificate in Pain Sciences from the University of South Australia (2023). Dr. Dorow is currently furthering his specialization by pursuing a Fellowship in Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy (OMPT) at Regis University, which he began in August 2025.

Outside of his professional pursuits, he values spending time with his wife, son, cat, and dog. He enjoys reading, playing board games, and exploring new environments through hiking and traveling. His culinary interests span the full spectrum, including dining out, cooking for others, and enjoying his own creations.
