Biography

Nancy Mary Molina, DC, Esq. is a dual‑licensed Doctor of Chiropractic and Attorney at Law, recognized for her interdisciplinary expertise in healthcare regulation, professional ethics, and jurisprudence. Her healthcare experience includes  licensure as a CA Department of Worker's Compensation  Qualified Medical Evaluator (QME),  and also as a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP). She serves part time as a faculty adjunct Professor of Jurisprudence at the Southern California University of Health Sciences (SCUHS), where she provides foundational legal education to chiropractic students across the integrative health disciplines.

Dr. Molina’s academic and professional work centers on the statutory, regulatory, and ethical frameworks that govern clinical practice in the United States. In higher education, her scholarship and instruction emphasize scope of practice, regulatory compliance, healthcare governance, and professional responsibility, equipping future chiropractic clinicians with the legal acumen required to navigate an increasingly complex healthcare landscape.

In addition to her academic appointment, Dr. Molina is the founder and principal attorney of the Law Office of Nancy Mary Molina, A Professional Corporation, where she maintains an active practice in healthcare law, and the professional license defense of chiropractors. She is a member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA), reflecting her commitment to excellence in advocacy and continuing legal education.

Her dual clinical‑legal background affords her a distinctive perspective on the intersection of patient care, practitioner obligations, and the legal structures that shape healthcare delivery. Dr. Molina is dedicated to advancing legally informed, ethically grounded clinical practice and strengthening the integration of jurisprudence within health sciences education.
