I received my Masters in Social Work from the University of Southern California in 1997 and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I hold a PhD in Clinical Social Work from the Institute for Clinical Social Work (2020). My doctoral work centered on the experience of therapists working with “the political” in psychotherapy. I teach Neurobiology andAffect Regulation as well as Classical andModern Attachment theory courses to PSyD Candidates in Los Angeles, CA. I have been in private practice in the Larchment, Silverlake, Los Feliz, and Atwater neighborhoods since 2006.
