Biography

Dr. Yulia Piller, a dedicated educator and technology leader, serves as the Director of Educational Technology at UT Southwestern Academic Medical Center, where she advances healthcare sciences education through innovative technology. With over 20 years of experience spanning K-12 to graduate education, and a PhD in Learning Technologies, she also holds an appointment as an Assistant Professor of Healthcare Sciences Education. Dr. Piller actively contributes to the field
through her work with the International Academy of Technology, Education, and Development, her role as a reviewer for the Educational Technology Research and Development (ETRD) journal, and her presentations at national and international conferences, all focused on leveraging technology to enhance teaching and learning in higher education.
