Vickie Sapien is the Executive Assistant to the Provost. She has been in this position for four years. Prior to assisting the Provost, Vickie assisted the Vice President for Academic Affairs at SCU. She started in the Medical Billing Department in 2004, and after a while moved on to the Health Center as a receptionist.

During her time at SCU, she has seen the university evolve. She says staying open and accommodating is her superpower. Her favorite part of being EA to the Provost is being a part of a dynamic team. Outside of SCU, Vickie enjoys being Team Mom to her kids organized sports, gathering with family and friends, and trying new hobbies.
