  • Ensured financial obligations were paid and reported on in an accurate and timely manner
  • Coordinated full monthly and quarterly forecasting efforts consolidating project and cost center forecasts and presenting implications of same in a variety of presentations and reports to Executive Staff as well as mid level managers and peers
  • Developed methodology to allocate all worldwide IT costs to regions with full transparency and quarterly communication of final allocations and drivers.
