Congratulations to Dr. Paul Wanlass, DC, CSCS, CSPN and Dr.
Felix Lee, DC, CCSP on their recently published book titled Strength Training and Sports Nutrition for Golfers.

According to the authors the book is designed to help golfers increase strength, endurance,
cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, coordination, functional balance, decrease recovery time and  improve nutritional habits to prevent injury and maintain peak performance.

This unique "total" approach of being strong, flexible, and nutritionally fit will undoubtedly make the game of golf more enjoyable on the greens.
