SCU Transcripts

Requesting Transcripts

  • Complete the Transcript Request Form
  • Complete the Transcript Request form and pay the applicable fees at Student Accounts in OneStop Enrollment Services located in Building B
  • Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and on Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., except for official holidays
  • Submit the validated Transcript Request Form along with your cash receipt to the Registrar's Office
  • Requests are processed within two working days of receipt

Requesting Transcripts by Mail or Fax

  • Download and complete the Transcript Request Form
  • To pay by credit card, download and complete the Credit Card Authorization Form.
  • Fax completed forms to (562) 902-3306
  • Or send in a check, money order or cashier's check payable to SCUHS along with the completed Transcript Request Form to

Transcript fees: Once payment has been approved by Student Accounts, transcripts requested by mail or fax will be processed within two working days of receipt.

The fee for each official transcript: $5.00
