Dr. Art Phelps received his BS in Sociology from State University of New York in New Paltz before going on to pursue chiropractic studies at LACC, receiving both an additional BS in Biology as well as his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 1978.; In addition, Dr. Phelps is a Certified Fitness Trainer who enjoys golf, skiing, biking and hiking. The doctor has been very involved in the larger Chiropractic community, active on the Jefferson County Chiropractic Society (previously held positions include Past President, VP, Treasure) as well as the American Chiropractic Association, where he served as Chair of his state’s Political Action Committee. In the local community, he is a member of the Board of Directors of the Lakewood Country Club and on the Board of for Preferred Chiropractic Inc.

Dr. Hang T Nguyen completed her Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 1995, graduating magna cum laude. Professionally, her interests include headache diagnosis and management. She has pursued extensive post-graduate study in chiropractic orthopedics and clinical sciences. The doctor contributes to the greater chiropractic community through research, articles, and task force involvement.; In her local community, Dr. Nguyen volunteers as a mentor and serves on the Board of Directors for the Denver University Bridge Project, an outreach program providing tutoring, mentoring and scholarship support for inner city kids.; Other interests include skiing, hiking, and spending time with her friends and Colorado "family."
