The LRC provides access to research databases including: EbscoHost (MedLine Full Text, AltHealth Watch, AMED, SPORTSDiscus Full Text and Academic Search Premier) OVID, ChiroAccess / MANTIS, ScienceDirect, MDConsult, Primal Pictures, LOCUSMap, Cochrane and Natural Standard.
SCU subscription databases may be accessed only by students, faculty, and staff, and will require user names and passwords to gain access. For access off campus, call the LRC or see an LRC staff member to obtain passwords.
Whether you are struggling or just need an extra boost, Academic Support provides resources to improve your academic performance. Counselors and learning specialists are available to help with class scheduling, time management, note and test reviews, and setting up peer tutoring sessions.
