Seabury Learning Resource Center
Welcome to the Seabury Learning Resource Center (LRC) of Southern California University of Health Sciences. The LRC offers a variety of resources available to students, faculty, staff and alumni.
The SLRC is equipped to provide biomedical, Chiropractic and Acupuncture and Alternative Medicine bibliographies through the database of the National Library of Medicine and Ovid software which provides access to over 300 databases, alternative medicine, chiropractic and scientific topics. A computer lab with 37 workstations equipped with Internet and Intranet access is available for use during library hours. Outside the computer lab the patrons with laptops can access Internet and Intranet through the wireless satellite connection from anyplace in the library.
The SLRC is divided into sections to serve the patrons efficiently. The Forum is the main lobby where the patrons may consult the reference and tection. The SLRC presently subscribes to over 250 scientific periodical (74 are available electronically on-line): in addition to being useful to students, they serve as a major source of the Current Awareness Project. Periodicals are bound on an annual basis or maintained on microfiche to provide adequate reference.
The SLRC is open six days per week and is staffed by highly qualified personnel and part-time assistants.

Tuesday - 6:30 am - 9:00 pm
Friday 7:00 am - 5:00 pm
Saturday 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
