The practitioner trained at SCU can serve as a primary care provider, proficiently skilled to meet the demands and healthcare delivery practices of the evolving complementary and alternative healthcare market. Doctors of Chiropractic, (DC) provide patients with a natural, drug-free, and non-surgical approach to healing through chiropractic manipulations, and some overall health and lifestyle changes which include rehabilitation, diet, and an exercise regimen.

Licensed Acupuncturists, (L.Ac) also provide patients with a natural drug-free and non-surgical approach to healing through acupuncture and herbal prescriptions.



To get started, visit SCU's 38-acre suburban campus, state of the art University Health Center, full size anatomy lab, and the student-tended herb garden. SCU is located in the city of Whittier, California, about 20 miles Southeast of Los Angeles and on the border of Orange County.
