Alan Strizak, MD

Dr. Alan Strizak is an orthopaedic surgeon, certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, and a Clinical Associate Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at University of California, Irvine. He is fellowship-trained in arthroscopic surgery and sports medicine and has worked with athletes in “sports” as diverse as football, baseball, basketball, golf, tennis, ice and field hockey, wrestling, boxing, water polo, gymnastics and ballet; at levels from club to Olympic, Little League to major league.

He is a Certified Evaluator of Disability and Impairment Rating and Fellow of the American Academy of Disability Evaluating Physicians and has been certified by the American Board of Quality Assurance and Utilization Review Physicians.
