All applicants who have attended foreign institutions must submit official college and university transcripts accompanied by notarized English translations AND must submit course by course equivalency information and translations through the World Education Service (WES), (212) 966-6311. NOTE: Canadians who attended colleges or universities in Canada that offer all programs in English are exempt from the WES requirement.
