The 12-week Human Performance Summer Training Program is designed to maintain and enhance athletic conditioning and preparedness in a supervised setting over the summer break in order to help athletes achieve the next level of competition.

Programs are designed to take into consideration the athlete’s sport, position, developmental level, goals, input from the athlete’s sport coach and results from the physical performance testing.  Thus, training is unique to each individual athlete.
